Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXYLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,172 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXYLT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 5'-end processing, Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with RXYLT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXYLT1-to-partner and partner-to-RXYLT1 results are reported.
