RXRG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, RSU1, and SEPTIN4_S117. Each is linked with RXRG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRG-to-partner and partner-to-RXRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RXRG versus PURA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
