Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RXRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1E, PGAM1, and UTP4. Each is linked with RXRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRG-to-partner and partner-to-RXRG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD1E grouped by RXRG-low versus RXRG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
