Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Jun_pS73, PCNA, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RXRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRG-to-partner and partner-to-RXRG results are reported.
