Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXRG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 232 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RXRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, C3orf22, and OFCC1. Each is linked with RXRG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRG-to-partner and partner-to-RXRG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by RXRG-low versus RXRG-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
