Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,355 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, RING1, and PHF10. Each is linked with RXRB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRB-to-partner and partner-to-RXRB results are reported.
