Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,404 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RXRB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRB-to-partner and partner-to-RXRB results are reported.
