RXRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,252 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPA, SEC23B, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with RXRA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRA-to-partner and partner-to-RXRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
