RXRA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,480 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUBP3, RABGAP1, and FBXW2. Each is linked with RXRA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXRA-to-partner and partner-to-RXRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
