RXFP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,807 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP1, LINC00534, and ZNF816. Each is linked with RXFP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP3-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP1 grouped by RXFP3-low versus RXFP3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
