RXFP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXFP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHB, BTNL2, and CCT8. Each is linked with RXFP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP3-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSHB grouped by RXFP3-low versus RXFP3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
