Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RXFP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RXFP2 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RXFP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RXFP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where RXFP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
