RXFP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P50, SSRP1, and CHEK1. Each is linked with RXFP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP1-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P50 grouped by RXFP1-low versus RXFP1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
