RXFP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and FASN. Each is linked with RXFP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP1-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RXFP1-low versus RXFP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
