RXFP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RXFP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,004 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RXFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTNAP3, NOTCH4, and AGAP2. Each is linked with RXFP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP1-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNTNAP3 grouped by RXFP1-low versus RXFP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
