Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RWDD4P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole replication, Small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein complex assembly, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with RWDD4P2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD4P2-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD4P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of centriole replication grouped by RWDD4P2-low versus RWDD4P2-high in UVM.
