Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RWDD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RWDD3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RWDD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RWDD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where RWDD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
