RWDD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with RWDD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RWDD3-low versus RWDD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RWDD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RWDD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
