Across TCGA cell cohorts, RWDD2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,079 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RWDD2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Catechol-containing compound catabolic process, Dopamine catabolic process, and Catecholamine catabolic process. Each is linked with RWDD2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD2B-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Catechol-containing compound catabolic process grouped by RWDD2B-low versus RWDD2B-high in BREAST.
