RUSC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, MSRB3, and PDLIM7. Each is linked with RUSC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
