Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,625 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTLA4, CD3D, and LCK. Each is linked with RUSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC2 results are reported.
