RUSC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,227 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLN1, TFE3, and FAM219A. Each is linked with RUSC2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
