Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,755 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUNX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, PTPRC, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with RUNX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX3-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX3 versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
