RUNX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-462P, DEFB127, and MIR6803. Each is linked with RUNX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX3-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-462P grouped by RUNX3-low versus RUNX3-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
