Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,349 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translational initiation, Nuclear transport, and Nucleocytoplasmic transport. Each is linked with RUNX3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX3-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX3 results are reported.
