RUNX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASLG, SLC3A1, and OXGR1. Each is linked with RUNX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX3-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASLG grouped by RUNX3-low versus RUNX3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
