RUNX1T1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX1T1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,141 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX1T1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL12, CPXM1, and IGFBP7. Each is linked with RUNX1T1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1T1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1T1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX1T1 versus RASL12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX1T1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX1T1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
