Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX1T1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,108 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUNX1T1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with RUNX1T1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1T1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1T1 results are reported.
