RUNX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,800 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, DSE, and TGFBI. Each is linked with RUNX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX1 versus LGALS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
