RUNX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, RUNX1_S21, and RUNX1_T14. Each is linked with RUNX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX1 versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
