Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,194 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUNX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle tissue regeneration, Positive regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with RUNX1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1 results are reported.
