RUNX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, MYMK, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with RUNX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX1-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by RUNX1-low versus RUNX1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
