RUNDC3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNDC3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNDC3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDAP1, EHD1, and ECHDC1. Each is linked with RUNDC3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNDC3A versus GDAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNDC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNDC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
