RUNDC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNDC3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNDC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY12, H3P38, and RNA5SP282. Each is linked with RUNDC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY12 grouped by RUNDC3A-low versus RUNDC3A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNDC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNDC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
