Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNDC3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,260 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNDC3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RUNDC3A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNDC3A-to-partner and partner-to-RUNDC3A results are reported.
