Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUFY4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUFY4 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RUFY4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUFY4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and SKCM show a favorable association.
KICH, KIRC, and GBM are the cancer types where RUFY4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
