RUFY4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,900 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, UBE2L6, and PSMB10. Each is linked with RUFY4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY4-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
