Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUFY2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUFY2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RUFY2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUFY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where RUFY2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
