Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUFY1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUFY1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RUFY1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUFY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
READ, BRCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RUFY1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
