Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUFY1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUFY1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RUFY1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUFY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.

GBM, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RUFY1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
