RUFY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,134 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D9B, TTC1, and RARS1. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUFY1 versus TBC1D9B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
