RUFY1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,885 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERGIC1, ATP6V0E1, and PWWP2A. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUFY1 versus ERGIC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
