RUFY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, PRAS40_pT246, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by RUFY1-low versus RUFY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUFY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUFY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
