Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUFY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,539 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.
