Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUFY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf141, EDDM3B, and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with RUFY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1 results are reported.
