Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUBCN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RUBCN data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RUBCN Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUBCN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RUBCN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
