Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, LSM5, and RPA3. Each is linked with RTTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTTN-to-partner and partner-to-RTTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTTN versus IL2RB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
