Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,804 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, CHAF1B, and RAD51. Each is linked with RTTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTTN-to-partner and partner-to-RTTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by RTTN-low versus RTTN-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
