Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTTN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RTTN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTTN-to-partner and partner-to-RTTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by RTTN-low versus RTTN-high in LUAD.
