Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,027 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10L, TAS2R38, and MTO1. Each is linked with RTTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTTN-to-partner and partner-to-RTTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL10L grouped by RTTN-low versus RTTN-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
